The most important principle is the quality of life. This has to be appropriate for everyone: the company; the employees, the customers and the suppliers.

Our philosophy is:

to satisfy individual customer needs through a cooperative staff
to have a well stocked warehouse to optimise availability
to maintain the highest quality standard possible with our supplier

Only reliable suppliers with outstanding quality products guarantee loyal customers.

In an effort to care for the environment, the company uses natural resources like wood, rainwater and solar power combined with modern technology.

Quality Policy

The quality policy is based on the following guidelines:

Through the close contact with our customers we get to know their requirements and needs. We make an effort to meet these requirements and needs and improve our services. Errors that do occur are continuously analysed and are corrected as quickly as possible.
We further develop our customers’ requirements with the producers and ensure that the quality standard is met. Errors and deviations from quality are discussed and corrected. The manufacturers are urged to implement preventive measures.
The employees are supported in such a way that they are able to offer their utmost in terms of effort.
The organization assures transparency and complete traceability.
The availability of material is optimized through internal processes.

On the basis of the quality policy, quality goals are defined and are continuously reviewed and maintained.
