Do you already know our in-house roastery “Cocuma”?

The Cocuma AG wood-roastery has been putting a smile on our faces every day with its excellent coffee since 2018. The coffee not only has a wonderful taste, but it is also sourced directly and fairly.

What Cocuma stands for:

Direct & Fair
with one cup of coffee we want to make two people happy. The coffee farmer and you. What happens in between requires respect, understanding and experience.
We source the green beans as directly as possible in order to be on an equal footing with the producers and shift the balance of power in the coffee business in favor of the countries of origin.
The ripe cherries that our partners harvest on the equator guarantee us complexity and sweetness in the cup.

Beans on fire
We roast 95% of our coffees over a fire, which requires a great deal of attention and craftsmanship in order to achieve excellent coffee quality.
