They provide optimal conditions for the proper storage, clear management of inventory, and efficient handling of our high-grade trading materials – all of which are essential to the level of quality we deliver to our customers.

Closing the Loop

At our company, we transform natural resources into sustainable cycles through intelligent technologies.

On our green roof, solar panels covering 250 m² convert sunlight into clean energy. This powers our warehouse and is also used to charge the batteries of our electric vehicles and bicycles. We rely on this emission-free mobility for short distances, helping to avoid unnecessary environmental impact.

We also collect rainwater from the roofs of our buildings and make use of it in multiple ways: treated rainwater is used in our sanitary facilities, while the wastewater is repurposed to irrigate the rooftop greenery. This allows us to conserve precious drinking water.

Our heat is generated by a wood-fired heating system, which has proven itself over many years. It uses not only timber from our own forests, but also reclaimed wood from old transport crates supplied by our partners, as well as wood shavings from local joineries. In this way, natural cycles are closed.

Craftsmanship in every detail

The company building itself is a masterpiece of traditional carpentry. Designed in collaboration with Signer Holzbau Team GmbH, the structure was built without the use of glue, screws or nails – a construction method that demands the highest level of precision and reflects the same uncompromising quality that defines our products.

The interior fittings were executed to the same standard of excellence by Natur Holz Visionen, a specialist joinery led by Felix Gerber, renowned for high-end solid wood craftsmanship.

All solid wood used throughout the building originates from our own forests. It serves both as a construction material and, in the form of wood pellets, as a renewable energy source. Thanks to its natural cellular structure, the wood provides excellent thermal insulation and stores heat efficiently. The careful selection of different wood types – such as linden wood for sound-absorbing ceiling panels – reflects our deep understanding of materials and their functional properties.
