AISI 316 L D\u00e9colletage\/ 1.4598 is a high quality stainless steel, and due to its sulphur and copper content as an additive, excellent for machining and processing, compared to other qualities such as 1.4435, 1.4404 or 1.4401 which are found in this 316 family. <\/p>\n

D\u00e9colletage parts are manufactured from our round steels by milling, turning and drilling. Our round steels have a high precision in terms of straightness, length of the bars and tight diameter tolerances (ISO h6). For these reasons, our 1.4598 can also be used to produce delicate and very precise parts.
\nAISI 316 L Decolletage has good acid and corrosion resistance and is therefore often used in the chemical industry, medical instruments, automotive and in general for delicate parts for all kinds of technical equipment and tools.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
