Depuis 2018 d\u00e9j\u00e0, la torr\u00e9faction au feu de bois Cocuma SA nous donne du plaisir chaque jour avec un excellent caf\u00e9. Le caf\u00e9 n’a pas seulement un go\u00fbt remarquable, il est aussi achet\u00e9 \u00e9quitablement.<\/p>\n

\nAvec une tasse de caf\u00e9, nous souhaitons rendre deux personnes heureuses. Le producteur de caf\u00e9 et toi. Ce qui se passe entre les deux, demande du respect, de la compr\u00e9hension et de l’exp\u00e9rience.
\nEn nous approvisionnant le plus directement possible nous sommes sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec les producteurs afin de faire pencher la balance du pouvoir dans le commerce du caf\u00e9 en faveur des pays d’origine.
\nLes cerises m\u00fbres que nos partenaires cueillent \u00e0 l’\u00e9quateur nous garantissent la complexit\u00e9 du produit et nous prouvent ainsi la douceur dans la tasse.<\/p>\n

\nNous torr\u00e9fions 95% de nos caf\u00e9s au feu de bois, ce qui exige une grande attention et beaucoup d\u2019habilet\u00e9 afin d’obtenir une excellente qualit\u00e9 de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n
